Veterinary Prescriptions & Pet Medication at Your Convenience

Greenhaven Animal Clinic operates a full-service, in-house pharmacy for your pet needs. We maintain an extensive inventory of pharmaceuticals, vitamins, shampoos, and topical medications in the clinic for your immediate purchase. We also work closely with outside pharmacies to provide the medications your pet needs in the most convenient form.

For prescription refills, we offer these options:

1. Phone—Call us to arrange a pick-up time, usually within 24 hours.
2. Fax—Download, print, complete, and fax our Refill Form to 309-247-3258.
3. In person—Refill at the clinic during business hours, advance notice preferred.
4. Online—Simple access from home or office, with delivery directly to your door, is available through Pet Portals, which offers prescriptions and other products from our online store.

Pet Portals are private websites that give you secure online access to your pet’s health information. We provide Pet Portals free of charge to all clients who have active email addresses. NOTE: To refill your prescriptions online, you must have a Pet Portal.

There are three ways you can set up your Pet Portal:

• Online—Just click on the “Pet Portal” button and follow the instructions.
• In person—Visit our hospital and give the receptionist your email address.
• Phone—Call and give us your email address.

Once you provide your email address, you’ll receive your password by email. We use your email address as your Pet Portal sign-in name. You have the option of receiving your pet’s service reminders (vaccinations, exams, and so on) by email. We also use your email address to contact you about practice updates and important veterinary health news.

If you’d prefer not to receive emails from us, you can use your Pet Portal to change your email preferences. You will still be able to use your Pet Portal, even if you choose not to receive emails from us. We do not sell our mailing list, and we never disclose your personal information.
