Mason, Logan & Tazewell County Veterinary Care for Large & Small Animals

Upon graduation from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine in 1964, Dr. Wayne Lutz founded Greenhaven Animal Clinic. Dr. Lutz began providing care to both the small animal patients and large animal clients in the area, and it did not take long for the practice to take off.

After his graduation from the University of Illinois in 1988, Dr. William Armbruster decided to return to the area and join his mentor and friend in the veterinary practice. Over the next several years, the business grew into the 3-plus-doctor practice it is today.

At Greenhaven Animal Clinic, our focus is on providing cutting-edge veterinary care to both small animal and large animal patients throughout central Illinois.

Dr. Armbruster tells us:

In the beginning, the practice was focused mainly on large animal veterinary care. Over the years, the practice has continued to provide advanced veterinary care to our large animal clientele, but has expanded the small animal portion of the practice.

We are now capable of providing the same kind of cutting-edge care found in much larger cities, but with the friendliness and compassion found in a small-town atmosphere.
